You're exhausted. You've tried everything you can think of, you're getting conflicting advice from every direction, and you're not sure what's actually going to help. Sleep challenges are one of the most common reasons families reach out to me and one of the most impactful things to get right.
Whether you're dealing with frequent night waking, bedtime battles, short naps or a routine that's simply stopped working, I can help you build a clear, practical plan that fits your child, your parenting style and your real life.
There's no single sleep method that works for every child, and I don't apply one. Every family I work with gets a plan built around:
Your child’s age and developmental stage
Temperament and personality
Feeding and nutrition patterns
Daily routines and environment
Your family goals and comfort levels
The goal is a sustainable routine that feels realistic and achievable, not something you have to white-knuckle your way through.
When we work on sleep, I look at the full picture. not just what's happening at night. Every child's complete 24-hour routine is reviewed, because sleep, feeding, activity and development are all connected. I focus on three core things throughout:
Age-appropriate sleep expectations, so we're working with your child's development, not against it
Safe sleep practices (always)
Supporting parent wellbeing alongside child sleep (your sleep matters too)
Most sleep consultants focus only on sleep. I don't, because as a qualified nutritionist, I know that feeding patterns, nutritional intake and meal timing all directly influence how children sleep. Even when you come to me specifically for sleep support, I always review nutrition alongside it. Often a small adjustment in one area creates a meaningful shift in the other. It's one of the things that makes working with me different.
If any of these sound familiar, you're in the right place:
Frequent night waking
Bedtime resistance or battles
Nap difficulties or short naps
Early morning waking
Sleep regressions and developmental changes
Transitioning between sleep stages or routines
Sleep changes when welcoming a new sibling
Toddler and preschool sleep challenges
Support is suitable for all families, regardless of feeding method or current sleep arrangements.
I know that reaching out about sleep can feel vulnerable. Many parents worry they'll be told they've been doing it wrong, or pushed into a method that doesn't feel right for their family. That's not how I work.
I'm here to listen, understand your situation, and help you find an approach that feels safe, realistic and aligned with your values. There's no perfect way to parent, there's just what works for your child and your family. That's what we find together.
Asking for help isn't a sign of failure. It's often one of the best things you can do for your whole family.
If sleep is affecting your daily life, your energy or your family's wellbeing, that's reason enough to reach out. You don't need to be at crisis point. Most families I work with just want clarity and a realistic plan to move forward.
